    new to this and looking for sensible direction

    Hey guys, I've been lifting pretty religiously for the last 9-10 years and have made good gains but just can't get over that last hurdle. Since I started, I've lost 50 lbs of fat and gained several lbs of good muscle, but I'm still too "soft" with my bodyfat still in the 12-13% range. I'm thinking of running a cycle or two to finally get past this last hurdle, and gain that last 6-7 lbs of muscle and lose that stubborn last 2-4 lbs of fat. Any suggestions for what a good first time stack would be? Below are my stats:

    Age: 30
    Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 158 lbs
    BF%: 12-13%
    Cycle Experience: None

    Thanks for the welcome everyone! I'm wondering, if after you read my original post, do you have any suggestions for what I might try as a first "virgin" cycle? From what I've read it seems that everyone suggests test for a first cycle, but it seems there are several of those out there. Which one is best? As well, should I be concerned with implementing any PCT at this stage, after a first cycle?

    hey bro your asking in the wrong spot you need to go to the forum sections this is just like a lounge area to chat not where you bring stuff like that up so all your gonna get is welcomes here. and if you look around in the right sections your questions has already been answered numerous times just do a bit of reading and youll soon learn all the magnificent info this site has to offer.
