    Hi there im new 2 this just starting out and ive just bought testoroid (protein powder) it doesnt say how many times to have it daily at the moment im having it about 1.5 to 2 hours before a workout once a day any feed back would b great.. and any feedback on the product would great 2 thanks heaps.Axnman...South Australia
