Hey everyone knew on this its gonna take me a while to get use to.. Basically ive been training for about two years on and off but i want to stick it out this time.. Currently not in a gym so all i use is my dumbell bench and dumbells. Im kinda skinny but my abs dont show i rele wanna pack on some puonds and get a good size as fast as possible.. i take whey protein after i workout i work out atleast 4 times a week. Im not in good shape but im not in bad shape anyways Here are my stats:

Would a weight gainer pack on the pounds??
