    Bubblin in Dublin :)

    Hey everyone knew on this its gonna take me a while to get use to.. Basically ive been training for about two years on and off but i want to stick it out this time.. Currently not in a gym so all i use is my dumbell bench and dumbells. Im kinda skinny but my abs dont show i rele wanna pack on some puonds and get a good size as fast as possible.. i take whey protein after i workout i work out atleast 4 times a week. Im not in good shape but im not in bad shape anyways Here are my stats:

    Age: 20
    Height: 6"2
    Weight:176 lbs
    bf: ??

    Would a weight gainer pack on the pounds??

    Yes go on a high protein low fat diet and gain some muscle weight.

    welcome mate.. i live in Dublin as well.. next to temple bar.. this is the best site on the net.. i recommend that you go into the diet section.. do some research there and then post your diet.. when you post your diet include macros (carbs, protein, fat) as well as your TDEE (Google it) once you get your diet down you will be amazed by the gains you can make naturally. We recommend that all men stay away from steroids until they are 25 as your natural test production is huge right now and you have the possibility to make a lot of natural gains.

    thanks lads.. Yeah diet is my biggest problem i just cant seem to get the hang of it as in stickin with it.. i eat whenever i feel like eatin but when i do eat i try eat chicken or fish and pasta.. No i dont think i would go near roids just yet got offered them and turned them down.. thanks alot man

    ^^Smart move man.. you run a ten times greater risk of doing permenant damage, and if you do nto have your diet in check then it is a waste of time and money anyways.. if you are really skinny, eating McDonalds and shit is not going to kill you like it would me (i get fat).. but we need to get an idea of where you are at with times and all.. you will be amazed how much of a difference this makes.. i have gained more in strength naturally with a good diet than i have with steroids and a shaky diet.. no bull shit

    thanks for the welcome ppl .. ye machine i tend to eat a good bit of shit food but it just doesnt seem to be puttin any weight on.. couple of months ago i was about 194lbs but i was in pretty bad shape i joined mma for six months and weights just fell off me now im finding it really hard to put weight on all though i dont want to put much weight on around my abs because u cant see my abs as it is lol.. do you know of any good suppliments?? thanks bro appreciate it

    Good to see there's a few lads from the emerald isle on here. I live in Ireland too in the midlands area (previously from England).
    Your the same height as me op, though I'm 211lbs. Unfortunately this isn't entirely all muscle I've been out the training for a few yrs.
    As the others have said, getting a good diet nailed is the number 1 priority, then training, then supplements. You WILL make some good gains if you get these things right. You'll become an eating machine trying to get enough protien and calories in you.
