Stats First:
80kg (176 Pounds)
180cm (5'11")
Not sure of Body Fat. Probably around 14-16. May be lower or higher.
Pretty consistent/committed to gym and dieting. I assume I'm an ectomorph because I can eat crappy food and don't put on any weight. Obviously I don't do that now (i eat the good stuff). But in school, uni my diet was pretty poor. Consistently been eating 6 meals a day 3500+ cals and struggling to gain weight. I guess that can have its advantages since I can probably cut pretty well (cutting is the last thing on my mind right now since gaining weight is like getting blood out of a stone for me!) Gym is 5 days a week with 2 days rest in between the 5 days.
At this stage I'm educating myself about the use of steroids so I'm attempting to read as many threads as possible and do tons of research. Will try not to be a noob and annoy anyone with silly questions!
Long term goal is to get to around 85-90kg (think anything above that may be unrealistic for my body type) with a reasonable low body fat.
