question on how to handle aggression
Hello Fellow peeps, i am currently on the following stack
1ml wini per day 5 days per week
30 mg tbolic 6 days a week
2 tabs eph pre workout
2 tabs hydroxycut hardcore
i have gone from 288 lbs 6 weeks ago to 256lbs today. Lost some muscle mass but lost an immense amount of fat in my tummy, back and legs. Will post pics later.
Over the past 6 weeks. I have been told that i am extremely irritable. I already have a predisposition to being a hot head. But i am afraid that this has amplified things. I meed some advice on how to deal with this. I love the results and dont want to stop. But i also dont want to alienate kyself from the world.
