    Smile hey all, pretty new to this stuff. just need some help really.... thanks

    hey guys, i'm a 26 y/o who's been working out for about four years now on and off. i'm at the stage where i want to try doing a cycle to get some real results. just wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how and where to start. thanks.
