New to the site and hoping to learn a lot about meal plans and burning fat
Hello everyone! My name's Digger and I'm getting ready to get back into working out.
Age: 36
Sex: Male
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 340
BF%: 30%
Cycles: 3, from a very long time ago, at least 15-16 years, I don't remember exactly how old I was when I did them. It was (1) cycle of mexican test 250mg/ml (8 weeks), (1) cycle of a clen /ephedrine stack doing 2 weeks on/off with each and alternating them, and (1) Winny cycle.
Being a youngster and not really being able to reach out to anyone, I was pretty much doing the shit by myself, I had a workout partner but he didn't do them, I didn't make the most of the opportunity and pretty much wasted the stuff. And about a few months ago I heard the site I used to visit was shut down. I can't say the name here, but they were european, discreet, great shipping and worth their weight in gold to me because the first time I made an order from a place in Spain I got ripped off. Any way, after life's trials and tribulations, I've decided I need to start working out again, because I'm way too fat and uncomfortable. Luckily, I don't have any problems that I'm aware of, but I'm going to make the proper Dr's appointments and get checked out before I do anything related to starting another cycle. I've started by changing my eating habits and getting a copy of the P90X DVD series. Also, to stop everyone from laughing so hard at the P90 stuff, my goal is not to be a tank, but get down to around 230#'s, minus the gut and man-boobs and be respectably fit. I don't plan on lifting many weights, because I feel I have all the weight I need to lift hanging in my ass. At my best, I could incline bench 300 around 4 times, and now as a fat slob, I can only squeeze out 2-3 sets of 20-25 push ups. And real push ups, not that quick, barely bend your elbows, on your knees shit.
Thanks for having me and allowing me to be a member. Hopefully, I come from this place with a lot more knowledge, some inspiration and many be a new friend or two.
