There is always light at the end of the tunnel with skinny guys and I can gurantee you that steroids are not for you at the moment. An abudance of quality calories over a long period of time will get you bigger and more massive than any cycle ever will right now. Knowledge is power,in this game, the more diet knowledge you have leads to the more massive and powerful your physique is going to be. Hang around the diet forums, we have a lot of knowledgable guys in there who enjoying helping people on a day to day basis (Nark, Damienm, Gbrice, etc). Without a proper base (which is atleast 3 years of training, imo) and a proper diet, steroids will not do a damn thing. You will be shocked at how fast an increase of calories in your diet can produce results. Remember: muscles are made in the kitchen mainly, not in the gym. Please make the right decison here. Trust me mate ur not eating enough what's ur diet look like? How many days do u train? Just hang in there and put on some weight on before touching gear because if ur body is bot usd to that weight naturally ur never going to be able to keep ur gains when u come off so don't jump the ladder.

Even if you did make gains on steroids you will not keep them at all if you do not eat correctly.

nothing new to add but as everyone else has said your best weapon at this time is food,you need to maintain a good diet to meet your goals,a good workout program, be consitent with both and give it time, oh and welcome
