Hey guys
Im new to this site but not new to training. Been training on and off for almost 10 years. On for the last 2 years and 2 cycles under my belt. For the past 3 years I've been periodically educating myself via the web and various forums. When I first started training I was 118 lbs. I'm 5'4 with shoes on. Lol. I'm 173 now and the last 19lbs came from my first two cycles. My diet was off on my first cycle and I only kept 7lbs, took a break then did my second cycle and kept about 12lbs. I think I'm ready for my third. The only reason I started was I kept training with no results and I was told I hit my plateau. I put up a post earlier but haven't received any help yet. Maybe a newbie thing. Looking to gain more strength and size. My legs are HELL getting larger. Not big on supplements but that's because it's hard for me to tell what's real and what's fake. Help! If you can. I appreciate any info or opinion you can give. I still consider myself new at this, I'm here to learn.
