Hows it goin guys, Im new to the site. Ive just recently got back into the gym, its been a couple years. After hernia surgery and an injury at work everything fell apart, I lost about 40lbs of muscle. My diet is excellent and I am knowledgeable when it comes to diet and workouts, as well as supplements, but I can always learn too and thats what Im here for as well as a little motivation to get back where I once was, cheers.
