How do I get the best results from my workout
I just started going to the gym its only been a few months and Im trying to figuer out how to get the best results how would I get the right supplements or where do I get them lol gnc dos'nt have what Im looking for let me know guys.

Welcome to the board. Take a trip over to the nutrition section first and post your diet. Once you get your diet squared up and really hit the gym you will start seeing some results

Welcome to the board mate!
Focus on proper nutrition and good form when hitting your routines. If you don't know how to do a routine properly, there are videos on Youtube you can look at. It is better to have good form than hitting the big numbers on the weights. Many sacrafice good form for heavy weight, which is counter productive.
