new here just started training again
Hello
I'm 28 5'10" 178lbs
looking to cut down quite a bit to a lean look. Need advice. I have not made any decisions as to what I am going to do yet, as I do not know enough. So please help.
4 weeks solid training 6 days a week. 2 months prior to that I would say on and off training. right now i do :
day 1 chest
day 2 plyometrics i do the sparta 2.0 workout
day 3 back and shoulders
day 4 plyo
day 5 arms
day 6 legs
i also run a mile usually around a 6.5-8.0 minute mile everyday before I start my work out.
For diet I am sure it could use improvement.
around 1 cup of cereal in the morning usually like honey bunches of oats and a banana. lunch something small. my GF is asian so small portion of meat and white rice usually. dinner i try to not eat a lot of carbs so i try to stick like salad/ or veggies and meat usually. I mean we do go out maybe 2-3 a month but I am trying to cut back drastically. I have cut out sweets and Ice cream which is killer for me.
I was thinking of taking a short winstrol only cycle 8 weeks. but again I know too little about it. so I came here for help. Thanks in advanceLast edited by BostonT; 07-08-2012 at 03:06 PM.

Welcome to the board mate
If you are just now starting to train again, you should hold off on any steroid . Not enough time in the gym to strengthen connective tissue (to prevent injuries). We should look at your diet (you can post that in the nutrition section) and your routines (and you can post this in the workout section) so we can take a look.
Might be a good idea to post your stats on your profile, as I always ask this question, and so do others, prior to giving out advice.
