Happy I finally joined. I have been inconsistently been training for awhile now. Everytime I start making progress I stop training and go back to drinking and binge eating. Lol. I stopped drinking about a year ago and I'm ready to take this seriously. I have trouble making good gains naturally. About a year ago I went to doctor to have testosterone check and came back low for my age but not low enough to treat me. I have done 3 cycles total. One in h/s. One two years later and im currently 8 weeks into test blend 400 cycle. My goals are to lose body fat and gain lean muscle! Hopefully I can get some good input from the more experienced guys/girls here with cycle as well as diet advice!
