    Hi everyone!

    So happy to have found his forum, I have reviewed a few threads and can see there is a lot of knowledge here and I am eager to learn!

    I'm a 41 yr old male, 6'2" at 220 lbs at 11% bf from the lovely state of NY

    I've been working out consistently for over 20 years. I'm very knowledgeable in the gym and have always had great control over my diet. I've never used any gear and had 23" arms when I was in my 20's, probably over 20 still at 41

    Now that I'm over 40 starting to have trouble maintaining my size and strength, changed diets and routines with marginal improvements, simply not good enough. So, looking to learn and try a beginner cycle soon. I'll find the appropriate threads for my questions.
