I've been lurking the boards for a while now, and just wanted to finally make the commitment to get get involved and do more research.
I am a 34 year old overweight male, 290 lbs. I am down to 245 lbs, but I feel like I'm losing a lot of strength/muscle mass. I got interested in a program to help me maintain muscle mass while staying on a calorie deficit. I'm not looking to build mass during my cut, but it certainly won't hurt my goals.
Where is a good place to start for someone like me as far as coming up with a good program?
