Just introducing myself! My name is Ben. I'm just over 5'11, 195lb, between 12-15% bf. Squat = 365 Deadlift = 405(ish) Bench = 185 (Had a ROUGH shoulder injury that lasted me about a year) I can incline dumbbell press 100's believe it or not. Just something odd about the bar that tweaks up my shoulder.
