First ever cycle
Hi everyone
Damian from south Africa,
Hope everyone good.
So after years of gyming and not really getting the results and thousands spend on supplements that very little to nothing.
I decided to do some research and by reading a whole lot of forums and what people advised.. asked a few a guys at gym but didn’t care to really assist.
But regardless I have decided on what I have read to run a Tbol cycle only for about 6-8 weeks on 40mg a day. Depending on how my body react I will add additional test after 2 weeks.
My stats below is
age 32
1.7m
Kg 101
BF – about 25-28%( uncertain as using those test machines )
I am fairly active in Gym so fairly strong
15 to 20min cardio
I have cleaned up my diet eating much cleaner than before, no fizzy drink no junk min sugar no alcohol, carbs down low and protein up( still need to fine tune it )
Only additional supplements is BCAA
Clomid pct in plan as well.
Goal – just to drop some Fat percentage and clean gains

Welcome, that cycle is terrible and your bf is way too high to cycle and it is clear you have no diet or training knowledge.

well such warm welcome.. just such comments is really not needed as I am here to learn and get advice not be told how shit I am or how shit cycle is etc.. as everyone i am trying and learning.

I'm just being honest so you don't mess yourself up with a bad cycle. With that bf% your diet and training must be way off. Steroids won't help if everything else is broken.

Also why only 15-20 minutes cardio? Up that to an hour a day with a calorie deficit.

What Redz said is true. He's not being nasty or anything, just stating facts. Cycling with body fat higher than 15 % is asking for trouble. Next a cycle of only tbol without a test base is also asking for trouble. Welcome to the forum, read and learn before you do yourself some harm. There is an enormous amount of information here, take advantage of it.

Off top, bf way to high.
Cholesterol probably too, because of bf being high shows lack of good eating. Takes more than a month to change cholesterol.
Lack of training knowledge.
