    Lightbulb Second cycle in the past twelve years... workout avidly regardless

    How's it goin'?
    I came across a deal I couldn't pass up so I'm going to give my second cycle an attempt. I'm 32, took my first cycle in college at the age of 20; test e/500ml weekly for 8 wk, dbol for the first two weeks not sure of exact amount, then 6 weeks of 25mg winny at the end. I stay in shape...
    I'm 5'11, 175 with an estimated 8 percent body fat. I broke my rib in January and wasn't afforded the opportunity to stay toned and came across a deal I couldn't surpass. I have 400 50mg winstrol tabs, 60 ml of test e, 25 1ml ampules of sustanon , 60ml of clen , 550 mg anadrol , 20 ml deca 250/ml plus anti estrogen pct. I want to bulk and get ripped to account for my time off from my broke rib as summer is coming.... I hope!
    What's my best approach?

    Great read and exceptional advice. My question is although this is only my second cycle I've worked out thoroughly, 5-6 days a week since I was 16 (16 yrs of weightlifting/cardio... my body is toned and fully developed I would assume as I'm 32. Still test only?

    It's your first cycle in 12 years treat it like a first cycle full stop. I bet you didn't run your first exactly as the link suggests.

    Besides, honed athlete or not you only weigh 175lbs you don't need more than that.

    Sure about 8%?

    Jeff listen to what BIB said in quotes above me. If you want to put on muscle and then maintain it you need to eat. Many guys think they're eating enough to do so but in reality they're not even close. If you can't do it you're simply tossing your money out the window as you'll just put on some temporary size and eventually lose it all when you come off.
