    Hi Everyone

    How's it going everyone?

    New to the boards but not to the site. I've been lurking around the boards for over a year now gaining knowledge but never had the need to post.

    I'm currently 6'0" and 190lbs. At 34 years old, it's been a lot harder to bounce back from a couple shoulder surgeries than it was when I was younger (16 years of baseball is hell on a body). Fully healed and just looking to get over my current plateau.
