    Hey what's up new here. My name is Rob, 29 years old, been working out for 10 years now and am starting to think about taking steriods . I have been doing plenty of research and watching a lot of videos trying to gain as much knowledge as i can before starting the cycle. I'm going to post up what i came up with for a first cycle. Excited to get constructive feedback.
