Hi everyone,
T.J. here, I'm 61 years young and have been lifting off and on for 30 years. I finally found the time to train consistently and have been doing so the last 4 years. I'm 6' 200lbs and 14% BF. Looking for a way to take my lifting up a notch and maintain it as I get older. Thanks, looking forward to participating in the forums.

Hello Northface and welcome to the forum! The link Brazey suggested on HRT is something you will be interested in looking into, if you haven't already. I'm glad you're here!

Thanks Strongblood, I have been reading the HRT forum and although I've been on Test replacement for several years I am even more convinced that my M.D. is not very well educated on HRT.
