NEW Member ALERT!!!! Need Help!
Hello all,
Im very new to this "noob" and have a source, just don't know what cycle or stack I need. I'm 37, 6'0", weight fluctuate between 225 and 230lbs, 26% body fat. I want to drop body fat and put on lean muscle. I work out 5 days a week... Need Help!!! Thanks in advance.
Age: 37
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 225-230lbs
Body Fat: 26%
BMI: 30

Welcome to the forum.
You don't want to do any cycle until you get your bf down to 15% or below. Hit the diet section. Till then you have time to plan your cycle. All the info you need is here.

Thanks for the feed back....Maybe the diet forum have ways to drop body fat.
