Quick question... this is not my first rodeo, I've been at this for 20 years. I am new to orals however. My next cycle will be;
500 test cypionate week 1-12
200 tren week 4-12

I'd like to add 50 mg per day of winny (week 4-12). My question is, do I break the 50 down to 2 doses of 30/20 a day or all 50 at once?

Welcome to the forum you should post this in the question and answer section for a wider response but 8 weeks is too long to run oral winny and I split my doses to 25 AM and 25PM

To split or not; personal preference.
For me each has its benefits/cons.

Try posting this in the Q&A forum for more traffic. Winny's half-life is short...appr 10-12 hrs so to get the best from it and to blood levels stable try and split your doses. Welcome to the board.
