    New 21year old

    Hey been here before but rarely posted, so I will introduce myself as new.
    I'm 21yeard old, 5ft 10, 180lbs, around 12%body fat(I naturally sit at 140lbs), haven't done a cycle yet, But not yet, i have a goal of reaching a lean 196lbs naturally before even considering doing a cycle. But hey I'm just here to nose and see other people's results/experiences, hello everyone👍

    Thank you! That's what I'm here for, got a lot of studying up to do and hard work in gym befor3 I'll be starting a cycle!
