Hi new uk member here. originally came here looking for what cycle to do first a couple of months ago. Read lots of posts and quickly realised diet needs to be on point first and foremost. Then take training as far as possible. This isn't going to be quick and easy lol.
In no rush though i'd rather get things right. Already lost 7 KG after xmas, bodyfat must have been 22-25% but didnt check at the time. stats at the minute -
37 Y/O
18% bodyfat
77 KG
