first cycle test e 500 per week
so im curious as to how I should eat when I start my first cycle in thenext two weeks and what to exect from eating x amount of carbs fat and protein. I am
20 years old male been lifting very serious past three years
5 foot 6 inches
170lbs
current body fat is bout 6% no more than 8%
bench is 305
squat is 465
deadlift 560
I do super sets and I make alteraions I use a 5 day workout as in one day for each muscle group hitting one of them twice a week
I am also aware some of you may belive im young not fully developed and etc how ever I haven't grown in three years so its safe to say all my growth plates are close and I do under stand hormones are also in volved.
For my cycle its gonna be 12 weeks test e
4 weeks hcg last 2 and first two post
Pct will be nolva and clomid on hand
is there any suggestions im not really looking to gain that much weight maybe 6-10 pounds of very lean muscle mass
