    New member intro

    Hi all,

29 y/o male...been lifting consistently for 10 years. I really haven't taken a break from the gym since I started during my soph year of college.

Currently hovering between 205 and 210lbs. In the past year or two I've really focused on powerlifting. My maxs are currently around a 385s/315b/515d (my squat sucks). My diet is changes from time to time but roughly 40%p/40%c/20%f at 3300kcals/day.

I'm here because I want to take things to the next level. As a enter my 30s I'm concerned about hitting a plateau. I'm open to any advice on staying competitive. I've been following the 5/3/1 program religiously for the past 11 weeks and I plan on continuing that program for the foreseeable future because I've seen great improvement on higher rep maxes.

Okay I think that's it. I have no experience with AAS, prohormones or SARMS . I'm open to anything that is safe and worthwhile.

    Thanks,
    P17

Welcome to the forum. I'm pleased to see you've made progress and and continued to. There isn't any need to introduced androgen s at the this point but in the meantime you should into how to plan for the your first cycle.

Thanks. Ive read just about every sticky on nutrition, but I would like more info on next steps. I agree AAS probably isnt needed yet, but are there any worthwhile PH or SARMS to look into?

Welcome, prohormones have sides that can be worse than steroids in many cases. Also sarms are suppressive too and really don't seem to be worthwhile. Read up on your first cycle and plan for that in the future. Once you get to the point of messing with hormones I just don't think it's worthwhile to use pro hormones or sarms. Maybe in the future there will be stronger more promising sarms but I choose to stick with tried and tested methods.
