    new guy

    Hi Im Quinn from Ontario, Canada.
    39 years old. Working out on and off for more than 20 years. Discipline has been an issue for me at times especially recently.

    Looking to get some help and advice with a cycle from some people that know better than me.
    Guess ill go find a spot to post my thread now thanks.

    Welcome to the forum. Discipline is the hardest and most important part.
    Perhaps you may try keeping a log? It may help to keep you accountable to yourself.
    Sure, its more work but it takes work to overcome.
    Lot's of good info here and a great sense of community.
