Hello everyone. I've been coming here on and off for a few years now for information and love all the great info I find from google searches, that always seems to lead me back here. So I figured why not make an account.

I am 34 yrs old, live in north eastern USA. I'm 6'4, 215lbs, always been athletic, was in the military, weight train and cardio 4-5 times a week, clean diet, I like long walks on short beaches and self identify as an attack helicopter.

I'm just starting out on my 3rd cycle ever and am in the last stages of recovering from a severe ankle fracture since Nov '16. First pin was Monday. I hope to not screw this cycle up like I did my first 2; leaving my body in horrible shape from the first one, with no pct in place.

I'll look for the right place to post my cycle details in hopes for some good insight and or constructive criticism. Hopefully I'm doing it right this time around. Take care.
