I'm not sure if I've posted here before. I had a username and password but had trouble logging in with the captcha. I used different methods, and I was doing it right, disabled all ad blockers. Anyway, I tried it on Firefox and I was able to get a password and change it. Anyway, I'm not sure if I've posted any and if so how many. At any rate hello. I've been on HRT for about 5 or 6 years now. I have some specific questions to ask, which I'll make a new thread in another topic. I'm 45 and have been working out off and on since I was about 17. It's nice to meet everyone!

Thanks guys. Apparently, I have two accounts that I did not realize. Well, I posted a question yesterday in the Injury, Recovery and Prevention Forum and I haven't gotten any replies. Apparently I logged in as Malicor, so that is me as well. This is the nick I usually use. At any rate, if anyone here would be so kind as to help me with my problem. I've been sick for a few months. Just started back, 3 weeks now and I have moderate pain on the outside of my left forearm. It's not Tennis Elbow. Anyway, I'll post the link. The link also has a picture of my arm. I drew on myself where the pain was and was wondering if someone could help me determine which muscle it is and what to do about it. Again, it will say Malicor, that's me too. I'd greatly appreciate it if I could get some suggestions. There is little to no pain when I'm not lifting. Thanks!
