Hi everyone,
I guess I need to get my posts up before I start talking about why I'm here.
Stats: 39 years old, 5'11, 210lbs. Been lifting on and off for about 20 years been have had lots of injuries in my days side lining me. Everything from back, shoulder, hip, etc....
Been lifting natty for the past 5 years and hoping to get back into "you know what" with the help of the smarties from this forum.
