I'm new here so I have a lot of question but I wanna start by saying I'm an iron worker I work a strenuous job 10hr a day and it's pretty intense like a all day workout the go to the gym after work
I'm 37yr old I'm 5'9" 170 and I'm descent shape and I've been on and off gear since my early 20s but never had any knowledge on diet or anything for that matter just flew by the seat of my pants
Now I'm in a spot in life we're im financially able and fully committed to my workout diet gear and goals my first question is if I work the way I do and as much as I do is it gonna hinder my gains or help and is there anything I can do extra or should I even worry about my job having a negative effect and just eat more at work
