New Member Saying hi
Hey All...I joined this site to research as I am currently using anabolics to build muscle. I’ve been out of shape for many years, and this has really put me on the right track. As a 46 yr old man, I know the importance of doing things correctly and not just jumping in. I have good guidance from a trusted friend that supplies me, hoever, opinions of others never hurts to weigh decisions right? I have 100’s of questions, but I wanted to start with an intro and a slight background. I am currently in decent shape for my age, but need to lose some baggage (fat). I work out at the gym pretty hard 3-4 days a week, soon to be 5-6 starting next week to see if I can get some better results. Thank you all in advance for bearing with all the noob questions. I will do my best to pay attention.
