    19 and want to burn fat

    Hi,
    I am 19 weight is 13st and im 6ft tall round about 18% body fat.
    I want to be round about 11.5st for my mma and about 12% body fat.
    Im thinking about clen and anavar but i would like some advice.
    Someone help?
