Old timer in training

Hey gents. I'm 46 y/o, 5' 11", 210 16%bf. I've been lifting on and off for 15 years. Never ran a cycle. Currently on doctor prescribed trt for the last 6 months with 100mg/wk Test C.

I used to be fairly active on the forums but haven't been active for a very long time. I'm getting focused and disciplined in the gym again, getting my diet back on target , and considering to run my first cycle. I figured I'd get back on here to stay tuned in and maybe do a cycle log.

Hoping for some good ideas and feedback from this forum!!

Welcome back to the lifting lifestyle, Kelvin. Lots of "seasoned" lifters here! I'm soon to be 53 years old and am on TRT as well( 60mg of cyp 2x/week).

Thanks!!! I definitely don't feel my age, I like 36!!!
