Hey gents. I'm 46 y/o, 5' 11", 210 16%bf. I've been lifting on and off for 15 years. Never ran a cycle. Currently on doctor prescribed trt for the last 6 months with 100mg/wk Test C.
I used to be fairly active on the forums but haven't been active for a very long time. I'm getting focused and disciplined in the gym again, getting my diet back on target , and considering to run my first cycle. I figured I'd get back on here to stay tuned in and maybe do a cycle log.
Hoping for some good ideas and feedback from this forum!!
