    Question Looking for guide! My first cycle

    hello its my first cycle and i'm new to this!
    i need help im running test & deca . im confuse how to go about my PCT.
    i was thinking 500 test-200 deca
    im 26 years old about to be 27 on jan.
    185lbs 5'7

    Welcome to the forum! Read the thread "Starting my first cycle" here. It will tell you what you need to know. As far as which steroids to use. It's pretty much a consensus here that a first cycle be Test only with an AI. I use Arimidex . I think you will get great gains with that. Save the stacks for later. Good luck bro!
