    Never pick a username when you're dieting...

    Or you'll end up with one like mine . My name's Andre been working out for years but never really tried to push my limits. 41 now and I'm thinking about taking things a step further so here for lots of research. Currently 6'2 about 245 dropping to about 225-230 before I start some bulking. Looking forward to this new phase.

    Quite funny. 2ABP (for brevity) might I suggest you visit the HRT Forum. Take a look in the Finding A Doc sticky thread and see if you can get the first set of Blood Work listed. Really an opportune time for you to establish solid baselines for future reference.

    Thanks for the advice. I've looked at a few threads re. bloodwork and, being in Canada, finding it really hard to find options. I did see one but the BW test cost upwards of $500 a peice. I'll keep looking for other options though until I find something hopefully a little more affordable. Worst comes to worst I'll have to wait a little longer and save up some extra $$$ for the bloodwork.

    Well still trying to get ahead with this but it's been frustrating. I haven't found a good (cost effective) way to get bloodwork nor a decent/trustworthy source for gear. Part of the issue is living in a small town so finding a source for anything but pot appears to be near impossible. I don't do recreational drugs so nobody where I live is really helpful lol. Lack of internet at home makes it hard to log in regularly to forums and make some contacts. I'm not giving up but definitely feeling a little deflated with my lack of progress. I was hoping to start a cycle in january but not looking like that's gonna happen
