Hi all :)
I am 6ft, 187lbs, 49 years old and from the UK. I have lifted weights for the last 18 years and used to compete at kick-boxing as an amature. I am to old to compete now but still train five day a week.
I have never used anything other than protein supplements and creatine. However, I am failing to maintain muscle mass and strength, my recovery is becoming slow and the frequency of minor injuries are increasing. I am here to look for help and advice.
