I'm kinda of new to world of lifting so I apologize if this is a dumb question but I was wondering if you had any advice on how to incorporate weight training into your daily routine. What I mean to say is that if you are just starting out, the prospect committing to a daily routine can be daunting initially. I was wondering if you had any advice on overcoming that initial hurdle and really making weight training a part of your lifestyle. I ask because you mention that this your second time committing to a routine and I was wondering if you had any tips on how to come back and stay motivated.
