New guy from EU
Hello all,
so, I am 40 years old and never been into sports in my youth but when I turned 30 I started running (doing mostly half and full marathons), one day while recovering from an injury I signed in a gym and found that lifting weights is more fun. :)
Now I usually train 4 times a week, and my stats are 6ft tall and 170lbs, bf maybe 15%.
A couple of months I did some blood tests and my T levels are not that great. Now I'm considering do something about it and that is why I join the forum.
