    Getting back to it

    Hi, I'm new here and to the supplement world. Just getting back to working out and was looking for good advice on what a beginner should be doing for the first cycle. I have read many articles and forums but this seems to be the most active and trustworthy.

    I'm 27, 5'9 and 185.

    hey man welcome I am new here myself , almost the same age and just getting back into gymrat status... but have used gear for around 3 years. I am sure you will get some awesome info from some of these guys but in my experience when I first started I used testE and Deca because it was the only thing i was able to get my hands on. What are your goals, you didn't mention if you are trying to bulk or shred.

    Welcome to the forum! For new users test e or c is usually the best option as it requires less frequent pinning.
