    planning to start my 1st ever cycle

    hi , i am 39 years old. i am working out for a long time and i am in good shape.i am at that point where my natural gains are stop .i am all natural and i am planning to start my 1st ever cycle. can some one guide me properly how to start and what to choose for my 1st cycle as i dont need much size but a lean body. plz guide me option of my 1st cycle plus during cycle protocol and post cycle therapy and duration etc, thanks

    Be sure to check out first cycle sticky. It will tell you all you need to know for first cycle.. Also if you are 39. What about just going on trt after? Do you plan on having more kids in the future?

    Welcome, I remember my 1st cycle, a 200mg/week of Schering Metenolone Enanthate . It was great.
