Hello folks,
I've been on and off here for years. I've been away from weights for about 4 years (further my education) but now I find I cannot ignore training anymore (back training about 9 months now). Me being what I am, I will continue to push until I achieve the results I want, then I'll maintain them. I have a medical background, but moved into a different part of the field (computer logic/database design) and I'll chime in where I can.
