    Hey guys, I've been on this board for a while. Well at least reading it for a while, and when I went to post a comment I realized I wasn't logged in, and had no previous posts so I figured I would start from the beginning with introducing myself. As you can see by the title my name is Oneup81. I've been lifting and following bodybuilding for the last 15 years. I've got plenty of information to share, but I'm also looking, and willing to learn. One thing I love about the sport is your never done learning. Thank you guys for having me, and I look forward to being part of the community.
