    What's up guys, I'm back on the mix

    What's up all. I've been MIA a while, left kinda suddenly a couple months ago. Riding with a friend and got into car accident, tboned on my side, jacked up my back again and my leg. So been working on recovery, luckily didn't need a 3rd surgery on my back, rods and hardware held up pretty good.

    Needless to say, been out of the gym. Let my diet go to shit, put on weight, fat, and look like a hot pile of garbage.

    But all back to normal, however normal that is. So back on track with diet, gettin back to the gym this wknd, and hopefully back into the normal groove of things. Missed all you lunkheads around here
