    Strength athlete new to the forum

    Hi! 33 y/o Strongman competitor, been lifting weights for about 5 years and competing in strongman for 4 years. im 6' 1" 300lbs bodyweight. I currently don't know body fat % as its not super important to me. Ive just completed my 1st cycle of test E and had good results. To be at the higher level and be competitive in this sport Steroids are a must. The sport beats the body down so recovery is critical.
