    New to the Forum

    I'm new to this forum. I've been on TRT for almost two years, but have never done a cycle. I am 6'4", 215 lbs. with about 12% bf. I'm 36 years old and have been lifting for almost four years. I appreciate any advice I can get.

    For 2 years on TRT and never done a cycle? I am still new to steroids but i understand this much that without proper dosage and cycle, steroids like Test E can ruin your natural testosterone production and sperm count.

    Advice?... Depends on your goals. Every info u need is found in this sites stickies, but it migth be more boring Reading them than getting direct advices.
    But to fully understand experienced members advices, u need a foundation, so read up on the stickies bro.
    Many New words and ways of putting it, but there is a system and soon u read them as Donald Duck. Even i as a norwegian learned relatively quickly the meaning of terms and words hpta, hct, clomid, ng/dl, osta, tren , shutdown, pct, steady blood levels, crusing/blasting, dirty bulk, sarms , orals, toxic cycles, decadick, prolactin etc etc etc etc..
