It has been too many years...
Hello everybody,
After reading the forum for several months, I decided to join.
I am for western europe and 48 years old/young.
I trained from 18 to 25. Got up to 115 kilo's (about 253 pounds) at 17% bf when I stopped. Did a few cycles and once competed in a contest. Unfortunately things happened (not related to bodybuilding) that forced me to stop. Life's a bitch sometimes...
All these years I just couldn't forget about training but had to wait for the right moment.
About 5 months ago I got back in the game. I am 1.93 meter (almost 6'4"), started training at 86 kilo's (189 pounds) and 17% bf. Now I am up at 94 kilo's (207 pounds) with 11% bf. So FFM went up about 12 kilo's (26 pounds). Not to bad for just 5 months of natty training.
I am still working on training and diet. Pretty content with the training, 3 times a week full body. Monday focus on legs, Wednesday on chest and Friday on back. Getting old sucks... I feel that I really need the rest days in between.
Up to 7 meals a day (just over 4.100 calories). No problems at all getting the food down. BF is stable at the moment and still gaining weight.
My goal for now is to get up to 110 kilo's (242 pounds) with 10-11% bf. I'm curious how close I can come to my goal before I will need some 'help´...

Welcome here! Getting old isn't all it's cracked up to be, BUT it beats the alternative!

Thanks to all for the warm welcome!

I’d create a new thread in one of the su forums like “training” with that question about coming back after years of not training. Might have better luck

Welcome to the forums. I was in the same boat some years ago. I started out slow and after training awhile I did blood work and found my hormones all out of whack. Got an HRT Doc and with the guys input here I am a thousand times better off than I was.
