Hi guys,

I've creeped this forum for a long time and I wasn't able to long into my old account. Anyways, I made a new account and wanted to introduce myself.

Current stats:

27 y/o, 210 lbs bf, 6'1'', perceived bf of 20-25%

I'm 27 y/o and I've been exercising since I was 18. I started taking exercise seriously between 20-23 years old. After that I was on and off until 25 when I started training seriously again for 1 year. I have had some surgeries in the past (nothing that will stop me from exercise or related to exercise at all), and I was forced to stop during recovery.

I'm back in the gym now and have been for the last 2 months. I've been eating a cleanISH diet, mainly sticking to fruits/veges/salads as well as brown rice medleys with chicken and veges in them. I haven't been calorie counting as I wanted to just start eating healthy again and consistently hit the gym and eat healthier than I was before (pizza/pasta/garbage/overconsumption). Its been working well for me and I've noticed I've lost about 10 lbs (down from 220).

I've been having issues sleeping, and then it was depression, and then it was cravings for food, low drive, lethargy, but the nail in the coffin was a low sex drive. I've always had a good sex drive and never had issues with it. It got to the point where I was feeling extremely depressed. I bit the bullet and got a blood test done. I've always tested my testosterone and it's always been in the middle, never great but never too low either.
